Conditions for Return or Replacement:
We accept returns or replacements only for items that are received in a damaged condition.
The request for a return or replacement must be made within 15 days of receiving the damaged item.
To initiate the return or replacement process, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item in the return request email.
Return Process:
Please send an email to info@zaclassen.com within 15 days of receiving the damaged item, explaining the issue and attaching clear photographs of the damaged item.
Our team will review your request and the provided evidence.
If the request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
Replacement Process:
If a replacement is requested and approved, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost after receiving the damaged item.
Refund Process:
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not feasible due to item unavailability or if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned damaged item.
Important Notes:
The returned damaged item must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or replacement.
Shipping charges for returning the damaged item will be covered by Zac Lassen Creative.
We reserve the right to deny a return or replacement request if it does not meet the outlined conditions.
